This beautiful old typical Ibicenco finca dates back some 300 years in parts and features typical wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Set in a particularly beautiful garden on a hillside overlooking a wooded valley, it is just a couple miles from the pretty village of San Miguel. A truly tranquil spot with stunning views, the nearby beaches of the north coast of the island are considered some of the finest on the island.
Since this is normally a family home it is beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished in such a way that one really does feel at home. There are three bedrooms - one double and two twins, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and, through the ancient wooden front doors, an attractive stone walled lounge and dining room with subtle lighting from ceiling windows.
Outside the huge private swimming pool is bordered by sun terraces with an adjacent barbecue area covered by an attractive pergola. A pool table and table tennis tennis table are also to be found in the garden.

The villa has the benefit of central heating for the cooler months of the year, a cleaner once a week, SAT-TV and various board games. There is a small shop and bar serving snacks some 400 m away.
For nightlife and shopping Ibiza town is some 20 km away down the main road.
Cleaning service: Every 3 days there is a full clean (except the kitchen) and a change of towels. The sheets are changed once a week.
The house is insured for "public liability".
